PROCOST[m2]® is a calculation-, information- and analysis system for material cost, shoe components, yield and area calculations. Based on the intensive co-operation of our development team with world-wide active customers a software solution was worked out that copes with any demand put to a pre-calculation in the production. The clearly arranged function structure of the system meets all requirements for easy learning with unrivalled ergonomics.

Due to its open standard PROCOST[m2]® can be completely integrated in existing organisation structures. Under PROCOST [m2]®all product development data (CAD) as well as material information (databases) is processed to tangible, economic results and is conditioned for further enterprise processes such as production planning, material allocation, product management etc.

PROCOST[m2]®can be operated either within an computer-network, connected with the company's legacy database (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, IBM, Informix, etc.) or be applied as a stand-alone solution in the calculation department

The system can be operated either as a stand-alone solution (at the respective cutting table) or integrated in an IT-network (as work preparation). The data for cutting are generated by the CAD-system automatically. In the past years the software has been further developed in co-operation with customers and leading suppliers of cutting systems to the extent that PROCOST[m2]® is now capable to directly drive single-cutting and multi-cutting stations of almost all systems vendors (e.g. Zünd, Wild, Atom, Digital Control, Torielli, ISMC, Cutting Edge, etc.). This has been realised using future oriented software technologies at the development combined with an open system architecture. provides a permanent survey of the cots structure. Complete models as well as individual shoe patterns can be used for calculation purpose.

PROCOST[m2]® is applied on a world-wide basis we have managed to supply the different calculation method used on the various continents today in all PROCOST[m2]® -systems. PROCOST[m2]® thus more than 20 approved calculation methods as standard.
