Apsom Infotex ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) has established the “Basic Policy Concerning Protection of Personal Information”. 1. The Company will use personal information of customers within the scope of the following purposes of use as well as the scope of the purpose of use described in the other pages of the Company's website, or in the Company's individual notices or publications:

In order to enhance services pursuant to the section “Purpose of Use Concerning Personal Information of Customers” above, or in order to do the same things as provided in the “Purpose of Use Concerning Personal Information of Customers” section in regards to the products and goods of subsidiaries of the Company, the Company may provide personal information of customers to the following parties:
A) Any distributor dealing in the products or goods of the Company.
B) Any business partner who has entered into an agreement with the Company concerning the protection of personal information.
With regard to the provision of personal information of customers to third parties other than that described above, the Company will not disclose to any third party personal information of customers, except in the event of the following:
A) Consent is given by the customer;
B) Such information is used as statistical data and modified into a form that cannot be used to identify individual customers;

If a customer requests the disclosure or correction of his/her personal data, the Company, upon confirmation that the person making such request is the customer in question, the Company will disclose or correct such information; provided, however, there is no particular reason not to make such disclosure or correction.

Jurisdiction
